On an auspicious day in early January of 2016, priest Archakam Sri. Padmanabha Acharyulu was blessed with a rare divine thought to build the Bhadradri Sri Rama temple in the USA. This divine thought is a blessing from Lord Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy to shower his blessings on all his devotees in the USA.
Respected Acharya ji along with a group of 9 Vedic priests started their journey from Bhadrachalam and travelled to 108 Divya Desam temples in India and Nepal within 48 days. Upon arriving in the USA the divine sankalpam of performing a total of 1008 Kalyanams was started with a divine thought to construct the “Bhadradri Sri Sita Rama Temple of USA” at Cumming, GA, USA. The Lord has blessed 33 acres of land on May 10th 2018 (Hanuma Jayanthi Day).
Respected Sri Archakam Padmanabhacharya will be conducting Khagola Yatra, a yatra around the Globe, performing Lord Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam along with Japam and Homam for 27 Nakshatras, 12 Raasis, 9 Grahas, and 8 Dikpalakas for Loka Kalyanam or world peace and the benefit of everyone.
Respected Acharya, with a team of Vedic priests, will be doing Japam (chanting) the sacred holy verses while travelling across the globe and on flights. Upon landing at each of the eight destinations, a ritual invoking a sacred Homam to symbolise the cleansing will be conducted. Finally, the auspicious Lord Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam will be performed at the Abhijit Muhurtham at noon.
Travel across the globe, keeping Punya Bhoomi India as the centre, based on the 8 cardinal directions of Dikpalakas, the deities who rule and protect specific directions in space. The Khagola Yatra pooja will be performed in the locations mentioned in the image.
