Counsellor of Hindu Tradition (CHT)

Hindu Counsellor combines traditional Chaplaincy with the powerful practices of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and prayers. Hindu Traditions encompass a rich tapestry of spiritual beliefs and practices that have been passed down for thousands of years. Spiritual care in Hinduism revolves around fostering a deep connection with the divine and seeking liberation from the cycle of birth and death, known as samsara. The Hindu tradition is a broad term that covers a wide spectrum of things. It is a way of looking at the meaning and purpose of life and the end goals of life, the way a society should function the role of politics, governance and capitalism in society.
