Responding to the challenges of displaced people

Approximately 100 people attended the enlightening presentation by Kiran Chukkapalli, the visionary founder of ThinkPeace.In. Kiran’s innovative solutions for transforming conflict into harmony have had a profound impact, providing shelter to over 300,000 refugees in India—a truly remarkable service. The audience was fully engaged throughout the presentation, especially during the dynamic Q&A session.

We extend our gratitude to the supporting organisations: the Federation of Indian Associations of the ACT (FINACT), Multicultural Association of Canberra (MAC), Canberra Ayyappa Samaj, Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) Australia, Hindu Temple & Cultural Centre (HTCC), Hindus of Australia, and Sri Vishnu Shiva Mandir. Special thanks to Monita and Praneeth for their excellent photography and videography, Bharat International Asian Groceries, Belconnen, Amaroo & Phillip for sponsoring the event.

On behalf of the Hindu Council of Australia, we presented a Certificate of Appreciation and Royal Australian Mint “Out of this World Mintmark” collection to Kiran Ji.
