Namaskarams & Season’s Greetings from SVT
As you are aware of, the Maha KumbAbhishekam which is slated for April 6th to 10th 2023 and the associated renovation and new structural works are well and truly underway. The Management and the individuals entrusted with various tasks and responsibilities are very confident of accomplishing their part, well in time for the auspicious event.
However, to fulfill all these commitments, the Management is reaching out to you, being a regular and consistent contributor towards the welfare of SVT.
All the Granite structures like new sculptures & idols of Sri Chandirar, Sri Sooriyar, Sri Natarajar, Sri Arumuga swamy, Sri Nalwar Sabhai + Yazhis, Bali Peedams and Steps leading to the Sanctorums, are in the process of installation.
We have also received the new Gopura Kalasams for the 2 Raja Gopurams and Gopurams of all the Shrines, which would replace the existing ones. The Donation list is provided below for your convenience.
We are also inviting a few Priests and Nadhaswara Vidwans from India and other Temples in Australia, to be part of the Ritualistic aspects during the Festival.
As you would appreciate the products / materials and services costs considerably, albeit with the rising prices materials, Freight costs etc.
Opportunities are aplenty for individuals and groups to sponsor the above mentioned plus the Garlands / flowers, Homa Kundams, Yaga Salais etc.
