Following this warning the twins discover that the world’s wealthiest individuals have formed a consortium named Infinity Group, which is working to impose global control over the world’s youth. Using high-tech electronic implants and a charitable front called the Global Child Initiative, Infinity Group plans to create an army of young soldiers who can be manipulated to obey any order.
