The Biannual Paada Yatra Organised by the Hindu Council of Australia (HCA)
What is Paada Yatra?
Paada Yatra is a devotional walk performed on foot as an expression of faith, discipline, and unity. It is a centuries-old Hindu tradition where devotees undertake spiritual journeys to sacred sites, chanting prayers and walking together in humility.
In Sydney, HCA continues this tradition by organising Paada Yatras twice a year, allowing the community to come together in devotion and seva (service), while also promoting health, mindfulness, and sustainability.
