In The Sydney Morning Herald today, Surinder Jain and I call for the normalisation of the display of the Hindu community’s sacred swastika, ahead of a ban on Nazi symbols in NSW. Nobody should ever feel they cannot express their religion and their faith, and we want this legislation to be a turning point for both the Jewish and Hindu communities in NSW.
