The Hindu Council of Australia (HCA) writes to you with deep concern following yet another hate-motivated crime targeting Australia’s Hindu community.
Earlier this week, Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Bhuj, Boronia, Melbourne, along with nearby Asian restaurants, was defaced with vile racist slurs and an image of Adolf Hitler. The hateful words “Go Home Brown CT”** sprayed across the temple walls are not only deeply offensive to Hindus but represent an attack on Australia’s core values of religious freedom, multicultural harmony, and mutual respect.
