The Census is coming this August

Australia’s Census 2021 will take place on Tuesday, 10 August 2021

It’s a national count of every person and home in Australia. Having the right numbers helps inform where services are needed to help migrant communities – from education and health to housing and transport.

There’s lots of support for people who need help to complete the Census.

Australia’s population is used to distribute government funds and plan government services based on this estimate. It provides the basis for estimating Australia’s population which is used to distribute government funds and plan services. The Census provides Australians with information about who we are, where we live, and how we are changing.
Each and every one of us
Students from other countries
The number of visitors
Holders of temporary visas
The refugee
In addition to Australian residents, they should participate in the census.
All questions are important, but make sure you check these questions for your entire family

Question 16 – Language other than English spoken at home- Hindi
Question 18 – Ancestry – Indians need to enter
Question 19 – Religion – Hinduism option there
