Cancellation Policy:
For Sponsorship: All the moneys paid are refundable should the Sponsorship is not approved by HCA. 25% of fee will be charged should the sponsorship is cancelled before 18th of September 2018. 50% of fee will be charged should the sponsorship is cancelled between 18 Sept and 3rd of Oct 2018. There will not be any refund if the booking is cancelled on or after 3rd of Oct 2018.
For stalls
- Parramatta – All the moneys paid are refundable should the stall is not approved by HCA. 25% of fee will be charged should the stall is cancelled before 5th October 2018. 50% of fee will be charged should the stall is cancelled between 5th Oct 2018 and 19th October 2018. There will not be any refund if the booking is cancelled on or after 19th October 2018.
- Rouse Hill & Martin Place – All the moneys paid are refundable should the stall is not approved by HCA. 25% of fee will be charged should the stall is cancelled before 5th October 2018. 50% of fee will be charged should the stall is cancelled between 5th Oct 2018 and 12th October 2018. There will not be any refund if the booking is cancelled on or after 12th October 2018.
