The role of the Gargi Woman Award team is to

Determine the categories in which the award is to be made
To seek nominations for the award from among Australian women
Form a Judges committee where each judge evaluates every nominee and provides numerical score for them on
– Outstanding contribution to Australian Society
– Is a good role model for young Hindu girls and women growing up in Australia
To collate the scores and announce winners in each category
To organize Gargi Award ceremony
