This course teaches the practice of different types of meditations commonly practiced by Hindus. There is very little theory in this course. Most of it is hands on meditation to help you relax and overcome strong emotions like fear, anxiety, depression etc.

The lessons in this course are guided and students will experience different types of meditation techniques and will get an opportunity to practice them under expert guidance.
